This agreement is for the use of Robert and Tiffany Hutson’s AKC male English Bulldog’s Semen.
Studs Registered name Sir Hutson’s Texas West Tater
Method of Stud Service Payment:
Payment is to be made in cashiers check, money order, or cash only. Payment must be made prior to semen extraction or natural breeding.
______ (A) Agreed Upon Stud Fee of $500.00 will be paid prior to extraction of semen or natural breeding.
______ (B) Owner of female being breed with above named stud’s semen, agrees, in return for use of semen, to allow Robert and Tiffany Hutson to have 2nd pick puppy, of Robert and Tiffany’s choice, from litter whelped from this breeding. Puppy will be delivered to Robert and Tiffany Hutson at 8 wks of age, in good health, with all necessary shots, worming's , written veterinary health examination, and full AKC registration. If by chance, the female only has one living puppy from this litter, and Owner of female, can not give Robert and Tiffany Hutson 2nd pick puppy, the Owner of female, will pay Robert and Tiffany a stud fee in the amount of $500.00, fee will be due immediately, upon request. (This option is to Robert and Tiffany Hutson approved females only)
Owner of female, agrees to pay all veterinary expenses necessary for veterinary extraction, implantation, necessary paperwork, and any other veterinary costs of this breeding. Robert and Tiffany Hutson will not be responsible for costs or veterinary expenses necessary for this breeding.
If female bulldog goes to Hutson’s property, we Robert and Tiffany Hutson will be responsible for the well-being of the female and responsible financially for any negligence that results in injury, death, or loss of the female outside of natural breeding. Maximum duration of stay will be 5 days.
If at any point veterinary services are required that have not been agreed upon Robert and Tiffany Hutson must be notified immediately and reserve the right to be present. Unless of life threatening situation all procedures must be approved by owners at any time of possession.
This document also serves as a photo release of female, and puppies sired by stud to Robert and Tiffany Hutson for use on Texas West Bulldogs Website. The same will be provided to other party.
Hutsons English Bulldogs Semen Guarantee: We, Robert and Tiffany Hutson will supply semen for next heat cycle of the above named female, free of charge, if said female does not get a confirmed pregnancy, on this breeding. Any veterinary cost for extraction of the semen will be paid by the female’s owner. Robert and Tiffany Hutson will not be responsible for any costs, or veterinary expenses necessary for this breeding.
